Digital Products — General Policy

All sales of digital educational products are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This includes:

• Any digital resource delivered via email or portal access

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: You were charged but never received access to the product due to a technical error on our end, and the issue was not resolved within 5 business days of reporting it.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product.
• Pre-access cancellation: You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet accessed or downloaded the product.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Products that have been accessed, downloaded, or viewed
• Dissatisfaction with credit score outcomes (our products are educational and do not guarantee any specific result)
• Change of mind after accessing the product
• Failure to use the product after purchase

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Credit Kings USA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for products that were delivered and accessed may result in the suspension of your account and access to all purchased materials.
